The brother of former Ekiti State governor Ayodele Fayose, Isaac Fayose, has endorsed Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s 2023 presidential contender.
Isaac stated that he had decided to follow Obi wherever he sets up his political tent.
Isaac announced his new membership in the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in a Facebook post.
“I follow Peter Obi everywhere he goes. “Goodbye, Labour Party. I’m now with the ADC,” Isaac stated.

Remember that on Wednesday, the leaders of the opposition alliance formally recognized the ADC as the platform required to unseat the All Progressives Congress (APC) and incumbent President Bola Tinubu.
In order to make room for the newcomers, which included former vice president Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, former governor Nasir El-Rufai, and former transportation minister Rotimi Amaechi, among other politicians from the APC, the Peoples Democratic Party, and the Labour Party, the party’s leadership structure was subsequently dismantled.
