Muhammadu Buhari could have died long ago if he had used Nigerian hospitals, according to former presidential spokesman Femi Adesina.
According to reports, Adesina revealed this information in a Tuesday interview on Channels Television.
“Those who are criticizing Buhari’s death in a London hospital should realize that prior to taking office in 2015, the former president had always used London hospitals,” Adesina added.
Adesina claimed the former president needed to be alive in order to bring about any change in the nation and that Nigerian hospitals lacked the resources and know-how required to cure Buhari.
“Buhari always had his medicals in London, even when he wasn’t in office,” he claimed. He wasn’t president by himself like this. Then, in order for your country to amend or rectify certain things, you must still be alive.

“The president might not have had the necessary expertise in Nigeria if he had chosen to complete his medical exams there, even if it had only been for a show-up or something.
