Darlington Okoye, a controversial rapper better known by his stage name Speed Darlington, has responded to fellow musician CDQ, who stated that he would never collaborate with him, even if he were offered $100 billion.
The dispute reportedly began when CDQ said the comment in an appearance on Teddy A’s Echoo Room podcast.
When asked to name an artist he would never work with, he pointed firmly to Speed Darlington, stating that no amount of money could force him to do so.

In response to the remark, Darlington said he doesn’t even know who CDQ is during a live session with his supporters.
He questioned CDQ’s place in the music industry and made fun of his fame and wealth.
Darlington brushed the whole thing off and continued by saying that he doesn’t care about people he doesn’t know.
Additionally, he said that CDQ should not be taken seriously because it has probably never had N50 million.
“Your name was just mentioned by CDQ.” Just enough! His identity is unknown to me. I have no right to know him. You are a zero if I don’t know you. Let’s do QDT.
“How does that sound?” A poor man without N50 million. He remarked, “You don’t respect me.”
