Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, also known as Odumodublvck, has indicated that Nyesom Wike, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, might create waves in the music industry if he ever decided to change jobs.
It was reported that the hip-hop artist revealed this in a tweet over the weekend.
He stated that Wike’s vocal tone has something distinctive that drew his attention.
“I wish Wike did music.” I can detect something in his vocals. “I am not joking,” he stated on his X account.
Nyesom Wike rose to prominence as Governor of Rivers State from 2015 to 2023 after frequently playing with a live music band.
Following his appointment as Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, he relocated the band to Abuja, where they continue to perform at government functions.

At the recent opening of the collector road from Mabushi to the Judges’ Quarters in Katampe, Wike publicly promised to enhance band members’ salary.
The band is known for catchy songs that frequently go viral, such as As E Dey Sweet Us, Agreement Is Agreement, and Biggie Man.
Meanwhile, Afrobeats singer Stanley Omah Didia (also known as Omah Lay) has declared himself the finest performer of his generation.
The 28-year-old Rivers native revealed the news on Thursday night in a tweet on X (previously Twitter).
The ‘Soso’ singer claimed that he may not have evidence right now, but his future work will speak for itself.
