Atiku Abubakar, the former vice president, has charged Nyesom Wike, the minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), with transforming the altar of God into a political playground.
According to reports, the minister from the Federal Capital Territory expressed his opinions on Sunday regarding the nation’s economic difficulties and Peter Obi, the former presidential candidate of the Labour Party.
But through a statement issued by his media assistant, Paul Ibeh, Atiku cautioned Wike that his reckoning day was quickly approaching.
He claimed that Wike transformed the house of God into a place where lies and retaliation were practiced.
“Nyesom Wike, the land-grabbing Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, stumbled into church not to ask for forgiveness but to use the altar of the Most High as a political soapbox,” Atiku stated.
