Political figure and publisher Chief Dele Momodu has questioned Nyesom Wike’s democratic credentials as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Momodu claimed that Wike was stirring up trouble inside the PDP because he wanted to decide the party’s 2027 presidential ticket’s zoning and make sure his wishes were carried out.
Wike is not important to the June 12 democratic fights, according to the former PDP presidential candidate, who also accused him of sounding like an elder in Nigerian politics.
It’s absurd that a single man who ought to be occupied in Abuja is deciding where the PDP presidential ticket should go in 2027. Wike is repeating his actions from Rivers State, and it is obvious that the high brass supports him in this endeavor.

“Where was Wike when the conflict on June 12 took place? Who was he then? In an interview with Channels Television on Wednesday, Momodu stated, “But now, he talks as if he’s the founding father of Nigeria.”
The Rivers Crisis Is Wike’s Fault
According to Naija News, Chief Momodu also charged that the FCT Minister was trying to maintain power in Rivers State, which led to a political crisis in the oil-rich state.

Wike is putting on a coup.
Momodu further claimed that Wike’s actions are dividing the PDP and helping to stage a coup against it.
He is essentially launching a coup against the party that helped shape him into the person he is now. “He lacks the moral authority to control the PDP’s course,” the publisher said.
