Ibadanland’s Olubadan, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, has joined his forebears.
The leading monarch, who took the throne in July of last year, passed away early on Monday morning after a year in power, according to information obtained.
Just two days have passed since Oba Olakulehin’s 90th birthday, who was born on July 5, 1935.
As the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland, he was sworn in by Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde on July 12, 2024.
